Payment Methods
We offer you the following payment methods. Simply choose the payment method that is best for you.
The prices listed in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border delivery may additional taxes (e.g. intra-community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) be payable by the customer in individual cases – but not to the seller, but to the competent customs or tax authorities. Delivery and shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
💳 Prepayment
Simple and free. You transfer the amount in advance to the account of BIKEJACK – a brand of SMOTASTIC GmbH. Experience shows that transfers are usually received within 1-2 days. As soon as we can book your payment, you will receive a confirmation from us.
The ordered goods will not be reserved until your payment has been received. The order will be automatically cancelled if payment has not been booked within 10 days.

💳 Credit Card

Payment by debit from your credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). You enter your credit card number, validity, and verification number, and BIKEJACK transmits the data using secure encryption.
If your credit card is enabled for 3D-Secure, you will be redirected to your bank's security query. A few seconds later, your order can already be processed. The amount is debited only upon shipment of the goods.
🏦 EPS Transfer
The payment method EPS stands for "Electronic Payment Standard". It is a secure online payment system for consumers and webshop operators.
The EPS transfer was developed in cooperation with Austrian banks to enable online purchases via reliable online banking. If you choose this payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the EPS payment page.
🛍️ Klarna
With Klarna, we offer you several flexible payment options:
Invoice
Payment by invoice is processed through our payment service provider Klarna Bank AB ("Klarna"). This offer is not available for all orders and requires a successful identity and credit check.
After a successful check, you can complete the purchase with the "purchase on invoice" option. For payment by invoice, you pay with a due date 30 days from the shipment of the goods.
Note: Ordering with a different delivery address is unfortunately not possible.
Direct Debit
Pay quickly and conveniently by direct debit. Simply select direct debit as the payment method when placing your order and enter your account details (IBAN and BIC). The payment amount will be securely and conveniently debited from your account by Klarna. The debit will take place after the goods have been shipped.
Instant Transfer
Innovative, simple, secure: Pay for your order conveniently via instant transfer. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
Note: Instant transfer is only available for customers from Germany and Austria.

What security standard does BIKEJACK use?
A reliable security standard is our top priority. All payment options we offer are therefore considered unconditionally secure and have established themselves over the years as proven payment methods in online retail.
Can I still change the chosen payment method?
For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to change the payment method afterwards. If you would like to pay by credit card instead of prepayment, for example, please simply cancel your existing order and place your order again directly in our online shop.
